Returns & Exchanges

- At Cottage Industry, we ask that any merchandise purchased that you would like to return needs to be returned within 7 days of purchase.

- Please email us at cottageindustryinterior@gmail.com to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization for all returns or exchanges.

- Any refunds you are owed are issued back to the original credit card used for payment.

- All items for return or exchange must be in new/unused condition and must include original product packaging if there was any.

- You will be responsible for shipping the items back to us at your expense on all returns and exchanges, UNLESS the items you received were
mis-shipped or damaged.
